Reflexology Treatment for Back Pain

Although back pain is often not considered serious, it can have a large impact on daily life.  Through reflexology treatment, a number of precise techniques can be applied to the foot and lower leg which focus on the individual vertebrae of the spine, the spinal nerves and surrounding muscle reflexes.  These techniques aim to help reduce pain, increase circulation to aid the healing process and release muscle tension.

As reflexology is applied to the feet and lower legs - a distance away from the area of pain (the back) - there is no fear of further pain being caused by the treatment.
